Laura Inman Mitchell, LMT, CST
Laura's primary specialty is CranioSacral therapy; a light touch therapy that engages the natural healing ability of the body to clear imbalances resulting from stressors. In doing so, this therapy also alleviates pain and discomfort in the body.
Laura's focus in her bodywork practice is the facilitation of the conscious connection and communication for an individual with the Inner Intelligence, our self-healing mechanism.

Amelia Mitchell, LMT
Amelia provides deeply restorative and nurturing Therapeutic Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy that heals and enhances health, relaxes sore muscles, and soothes the spirit.
Amelia has developed Detox Massage as a way to enhance a physical/dietary detox process with bodywork. She combines Lymph Drainage Therapy with Swedish massage techniques and other cleansing protocols to bring the body to a new level of health. She also specializes in Pre-Natal Massage as a certified Nurturing the Mother therapist.
Amelia is currently on Sabbatical and is not scheduling client sessions at this time.
Mia Harper, LMT, S4OM
Mia spent many years living as an expat in foreign countries using her love of meditation to guide others to find their sense of “calm amidst the storm.” She has since combined her love of spirit with hands-on healing work and provides a nurturing, compassionate touch drawing from her training in Swedish massage, Oncology massage, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Trigger Point therapy and various energy techniques. Mia is a volunteer for Hospice and can make house calls for those who are too ill to travel.

Laura sees clients by appointment only, Monday through Thursday generally in the afternoon and evening.
Amelia is currently on sabbatical.
Mia sees clients by appointment only, Thursday and Friday evenings and many Saturday and Sundays.

Sessions are charged at following rates.
Each session includes approximately 10 minutes of time for intake and closure, new client sessions may require additional time.

Insurance?
Our healthcare system in the United States is based on an illness/disease model that pays when people are sick, there are few programs that pay for, or reimburse for, wellness related holistic health care. Because our licensed therapists work with so many people who are finding their own ways to wellness through holistic care; such as the Therapeutic Bodywork we offer, we can always provide you with a fully coded insurance superbill. While we have many clients who have received partial or full reimbursement, we cannot accept insurance payment at this time. If this is something you are interested in exploring, we suggest that you discuss it with your medical doctor so a diagnosis and prescription can be provided.
HSA or Medical Savings Accounts
The Therapeutic Bodywork services we provide are generally covered by these policies and our credit card system will process them. Double check your policy and feel free to use your pre-tax income to pay for your care and save.
